Non-Floral Centerpieces

We haven't discussed non-floral centerpieces yet - is this something you'd consider, Nicole? Mom said candles inside glass containers would be ok. And, that would be easy because the waitstaff would probably light them. Also, fruit bowls seem to be popular. To go with your colors you would need green apples, pears or limes. Here are some photos:
